"Oświęcim" is a logotype of a prewar Oświęcim restaurant run by the Jewish owner E. Bronner. The Art Nouveau symbol is signed with his initials [E. B.]. The symbol has been preserved on a plate and found by accident. Today it is the only remaining trace of the restaurant. The original plate with the logotype can be found in the private collection of Mirosław Ganobis.
