How can I pay for my purchase?
We accept payments by card, PayPal, traditional bank transfer or cash on collection on site.
Can I get an invoice?
When ordering, select the “I need an invoice” checkbox.
What are the shipping options?
We can send your purchases by Poczta Polska (Polish Post – Poland and worldwide) or by parcel machine (Poland).
How much does shipping cost?
The shipping cost will be calculated automatically after adding the item to the cart.
Some countries outside the European Union may impose a customs charge on your package.
When will you ship my purchases?
We ship 1-2 days after the money is entered into our account.
How long does shipping take?
From the moment of dispatch, domestic packages usually reach the recipient within 48hrs. In the case of international shipments shipping time may take up to 7 days.
Until when can I return the purchased goods?
From the moment you receive the package you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract and return the goods. Returned items must not bear signs of use.
How can I return a purchased product?
Please contact us and send the returned items to the store address within 14 days of receiving the package.
When and how will I receive my refund?
We process returns as soon as possible, up to a maximum of 14 days after receiving the item from you. Refunds will be made to the same means of payment used to make the purchase.
